For my Food Media and Presentation Skills class this semester, I recorded a culinary demonstration showing how to make Tembleque.

This recipe is part of Abibita, my first self-published cookbook, inspired by the best cook I've ever known: my grandma. The book started out as a course project, but it quickly turned into a masterpiece, a legacy of our dear Abibita, and a treasure for the Martínez-González family.
